Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of the product (by you or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier) to withdraw, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. For an order of several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.
How to exercise this right
Inform us of your decision before the period expires by an unambiguous statement, by email to info@sentinhome.fr or by post to 24 Rue de la Treille, 17140 Lagord, France. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
Returning the product
Return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision, to the address we will give you. The direct costs of returning it are at your expense, except for a defective product or an error on our part. You are liable only for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Refund
We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (up to the standard delivery rate), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. The refund may be deferred until we receive the product or until you provide proof of dispatch, whichever of these occurs first. It is made using the payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and at no cost to you.
