Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Products are shipped directly by our suppliers, mostly from abroad: this explains the transit time stated below.
Delivery times
Transit in 7 to 15 working days depending on your delivery location. Maximum time: 17 working days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery costs
- Mainland France: free delivery, no minimum purchase.
- European Union: €15, free from €60 spent.
- Outside the European Union: €30, free from €80 spent.
The French overseas departments and territories as well as Monaco fall under the non-EU rate. Exact costs are calculated automatically at checkout, according to the delivery country and the order amount.
Taxes and customs duties
For deliveries in France and the European Union, VAT and any customs duties are paid before shipping: no additional charge will be requested on delivery.
For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes and clearance fees may be charged by the authorities or the carrier of the destination country. These costs are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. If the parcel is refused for this reason, return costs may be deducted from the refund.
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped, where available.
Late delivery
If your order is not delivered within the maximum time stated, you may require us in writing to deliver within a reasonable additional period; failing that, you may cancel the order and be fully refunded within 14 days.
