Frequently asked questions

Am I alerted on my phone when there is movement?

No. It sounds an alarm on site, with no notification. To be alerted remotely as soon as a door or window opens, pair it with a WiFi opening sensor.

Which devices can I view the image from?

From the manufacturer's app on iPhone, or from a Windows PC.

Do I have to tell a babysitter or home carer?

Yes. The CNIL (the French data protection authority) requires people working in your home to be informed of the presence of cameras and their purpose, by notice or in their contract. They must not be filmed continuously while they work.
